If the item is not what you expected, you may return your item within 10 days of delivery and receive a full refund for the cost of the item (shipping will not be refunded). You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
What if my item arrives broken?
We understand with the nature of what we are sending out, items may be broken in transit. We would be happy to send you a replacement if your item was damaged in transit. Please send a photo of your broken item within 10 days of delivery. Once we receive the photo we will be able to send a replacement.
If the item that is damaged is currently out of stock, you may choose another item equal value or less or receive a full refund for the item (shipping will not be refunded).
